yeah!! im back!! hmm... got 8 days of vacation to cover in one post!! hahaa.. tough eh... might be very long but i figured if you are really interested that you might instead ask me to give you a narrative instead!! hahaa... so lemme cut it short and sweet ya... took off from changi on 21st july in the morning.. had a 6hrs flight to perth international airport

was quite a shocker when we touched down in perth ya... we were to transit to terminal 2 for our connecting flight to london so thinking it was somewhat like singapore i suggested walking.. it turnt out to be 1 runway away.. woot! the other shocker came in our flight to melbourne.. on our e ticket it wrote QF**** so we thought it will quantas as well end up it had another code number JQ***... WELCOME TO JETSTAR (budget airline)!! hahaa... was abit sour due to price we had to pay but it wasnt as bad as marcus said... was actually more enjoyable for me as it had no distractionsand could have a peaceful 3hrs sleep to avalon airport

we took a bus shuttle to the town centre to check in to our hotel before we met up with marcus' frenz for supper at cbd area.. we also took time to walk around and enjoy the cooling weather and all before we rested late the day..

22nd July:
we took a walk over to federation square.. something like their tourism agency centre cum arts centre (smells likeesplanade? =]) where we booked 3 tours... the Great Ocean Road Tour on the 23rd, the Penguin Parade on the 24th and Mt Buller on the 26th.. after settling our tours we then decided to head to st kilda's - a coastline town - for a nice walk

St Kilda's had a nice washed up beach where we took in the first beauty of the sea as dogs frolicked around with their owners like in those ang moh movies.. haha... we then took a walk along their arts market where they had a beautiful
range of items that would have made wonderful souvenirs if not for their steep prices.. we also went to this crowded street that had lots of cake shops with WONDERFUL LOOKING cakes... they looked so wholesome, BIG and delicious i
found it hard to hold back my salive.. =D~~ we took a walk along the coastline as well as the sun sets and once it hit 5pm - like any other day - all the shops begun to close... so we headed back to town and bought our first dozen of krispy kreme!! hahaa... it was super NICE but super SINFUL too.. the icing was very rich and sweet and the dairy taste was heavenly!! yummy!! no wonder daren wanted it so much..

23rd July:

woke up to a freezing morning and we headed over to the immigration museum to board the tour bus to the great ocean road... it is named so due to the vast beauty that embraced us when we passed the town of torquay that was the pacific ocean.. it stretch far out into the horizon with nothing but pure beautiful blue.. undoubtedly i found myself entranced by the vastness and beauty of the deep blue sea... we made several stops at the bells beach, a road with wild koalas, split point lighthouse, the world famous 12 apostles, loch ard gorge and london bridge.. a pity we
didnt get to see any whales that was said to come into this bay during winter to give birth to their offspring.. pity.. but still we were blessed with a beautiful sky and sun.. nice!!

24th july:

drooling yet?

woke up early and headed over to the queen victoria market... felt abit like those like pasar malam or night markets in taiwan but it was a morning market instead.. they had losta nice looking fruits but sadly the strawberries were not in season so i bought mandarins instead... also had very nice tasting nuts!!

yummy!! later on we joined another tour grp for the penguin parade tour.... we stopped over at at wildlife park (mara wildlife park) where we met the wombat, koalas, tasmanian devil, dingos, emus and also to hand feed the kangaroos!! haha they are a ravaging bunch though.. running to your for food and leaving your hands dripping with their drool.. eeek!! but they had cute jellies though (their babies) =D

later on we headed into philip island where we stopped at woolamai beach first where the surfs and the beach was the most beautiful by far as compared to the great ocean road (which was nicer due to the rock formations).. it is sure a place we will revisit in summer to get a nice tan and swim!!! (it was 3 degrees celsius when we were there!!) we then headed on to the noobies centre to visit the seals that turnt out to be 5km away from the island so we could only pay A$2 to get a 20second view thru their binoculars at the distant seals... sad-ed..

finally we headed to the penguin parade.. as we found out earlier we could not take any photos or videos as it will frigten the penguins... so we waited for like 30min at this grandstand facing the beach as the cute small penguins no taller than 3 clenched fist wade into shore in grps of 10+ was really adorable and nice to see such a unique procession of animals... too bad couldnt get any photos... just bought one small soft toy as memorial for the trip -sadded-

25th july:
shopping day!!! haha went to DFO => direct factory outlet where the sales arent much of sales to me.. 70% off!!! 30% = S$70 (after conversion) for a shirt... ouch! later on we split up and i went to bridge street and toorak road to check out the fashion boutiques and other shops.. the surf shops sold their stuff at the same rate or even more expensive than in singapore so i only got a ripcurl thermo flask at half price!! later on we met in the evening and had a very nice italian meal at lygon street.. their pasta, pizza and lasagna! simply heavenly!!

26th july:
due to some miscomm with the hotel we had to pack our stuff as we did not secure a night on the 26th.. thankfully marcus's uncle was gonna pick us up to his home so we had a more at ease bus trip up to mt buller!! truthfully i actually wanted to give skiing a miss due to the stretch in my intended budget.. but boy was i glad marcus and weiliang persuaded me otherwise... we had a fun time learning ski for 2hrs before we tried out the beginner slopes ourselves ending up landing on our buttocks with weiliang pulling a 360 spin too.. hahaa.. was really fun! even get to
experience rain, snow then hail all on the same day... only pity that due to the wet weather it was all foggy so couldnt really appreciate the view..

27th july
spent our day resting at uncle jeremy house and marcus' cousin joan brought us to their shopping centre called chadstone which was about the size of marina square... as usual their items were really expensive with the bad exchange rate to boot so i didnt buy anything there.. went back and catch up on more sleep with the fatigue from a day at mt buller

uncle jeremy brought us to another market dandenong market so that i could get nuts as well as look ard as items were more affordable.. sadly the strawberries wasnt in season so they were either very expensive or were in bad conditions... later on joan drove us to the yarra valley with her bf... went for wine tasting at many wineries
and finally get to try all the diff types of wines.. haha got me interested in reading up more on wine!! hehezz didnt buy any bottles though as had plenty at home.. we did chip in to buy uncle jeremy 1 bottle though.. later on we all went back to downtown again to spend our last nights in melbourne CBD and to get krispy kreme for daren but when we got there the donuts were out of stock and we didnt have time the next day to get them.. haiz... wasted didnt manage to get any for ourselves either..

29th july:
after lunch we headed to melbourne airport and took our quantas flight back home!! arhh... spent the time watching movies like zodiac (SUX!!), priceless and blades of glory!! haha.. so the trip back was "short" got to dfs to buy johnny walker green label~~ was tempted to buy another bottle of ice wine but was $100++ hahaa makes me wonder what crazy thought inspired me to buy them last year after my india trip.. hahaa...

30th July:
went to ubi to take my final theory e-trial test before heading to harbourfront to meet up with wilson, bin, roger,lewis, chih, theodric and gary for lunch.. haha was glad that i cant finally use my uob sup card for the dining privileges at mondestoes(a italian restaurant) that was having a 1-for-1 promotion so saved about $50!! woot!nice~~ later on we caught simpsons which was a damn funny show... hahaa... spiderpig~~ spiderpig!!! went home later to settle my uni matters as i multi-tasked and mugged for my final theory the next day

31st july:
did some anime watching and mugging this morning before going for my FTT.. my hands were all trembly and scared but luckily they came up with the simpler questions so i passed it with ease.. whee!! later on took cab down to NUS for my registration and saw benjamin ooi during the registration.. saw quite a few familar faces from the
army and even boon hui from dentistry!! haha cool man.. all gonna be schoolmates.. but all the gals were 88 so felt funny as i knew no one... =pp after that went to the matric fair to check out on the ccas so i left my contacts with ballroom dance, caporeila, leisure and compeitive canoeing... most prob will be considering leisure/compeitive canoeing or capoeria as my main cca in uni~~ haha guess marcus kinda influenced me with his love for the brazilian martial arts~~ hehzz later on met up with bin and wilson again in town to do abit of shopping followed by dinner at crystal jade xiao long bao~~ hahaa.. finally gotten my treat from bin~~ woohoo!!!

wooH!!! 8 more hours to departure!! hahaa.. so happy~~ my long awaited vacation with my buddies marcus and weiliang!! woohoo!!! departure at 0905am QF0072.. reaching back singapore on 29th july QF0009 9.05pm~~ lalaa... for those who tried asking me for DFS sorry to dissapoint but i already got all the 1litres booked le.. hahaa... any other REASONABLE orders can sms me at mny mobile~ hehe will be roaming but not confirm will pick up wor!! 1min $1.50 leiz!! daylight robbery! hahaa..

haha hopefully brought enough clothes and will have losta and losta fun theere!! mostly will be eating and sight seeing!! so dying to see the penguins and koala bears!! yeah!!! hahaa.. now i damn enthu lar!! how to sleep!! loLx.. but for most of my frenz i'll be showing you all pictures!! hahaa.. surely you know my photography skills not bad one wor!! hehezz... if i can find internet connection there maybe i blog abit ba!!!

wooh~~ shiok man.. woke up at 2pm after 6hrs of sleep after PICE (Pan-Island Cycling Expedition) I.. finally got the chance to go far with my lao po~~ wheee... really nv let me down except for the gear guard.. haiz.. broke off when we reach ECP... grr... wanna go down tiong hin complain le.. hahaa..

First off we met up at SRJC school gates at 2359... in order of arrival: Yong shen, Me, Alvin, Jun kok, Dong Hai, Kai Kian, Kiat Loong and Wee Keat... took a shot at the school gates... the place where we great friends found each other then off we went~~ we went down towards ubi in a southern direction... stopover near yong shens place for prata supper.. met up with dewei as well and wee keat left after supper..

so we went further south past the EW line then we decided to take a westernly detour to prolong the expedition so we cycled down towards bedok mrt before hitting south to east coast park.. after the underpass my gear came off due to the damaged gear guard so we had to remove the gear guard to prevent splash damage.. we then cycled quickly eastwards along east coast park... was so smooth and pleasant with the sea breeze and the cooling night wind.. no traffic or people to worry about as well.. shiok!!

cycled to the end near fort road.. knowing a dead end we went down fort road and headed west towards kallang river where we made another stopover at the indoor stadium 'wedding photo' bridge to take photos.. felt really nostalgic cycling there.. its just sad we dont ever paddle there again... we then cycled around esplanade park and cycled into suntec city to stopover at the fountain of wealth..

after that we then cycled down smu to cathay then to orchard road where we took another shot at wisma atria.. hahaa would be considered an act of vandalism maybe?? but no reports of the damaged escalator so should be safe ba? hehz.. then cycled back to serangoon road where we took the long straight road north to boon keng where we had breakfast as macdonald.. after that we all dispersed with the sengkangrians cycling back to SRJC for one final shot before dismissal...

went home uploaded the pics, zipped them and uploaded on my photo blog before i concussed.. had a good 6hrs of sleep blessed by heavy thunderstorm.. (really thank god for holding back the rain for us!!) woke up about 2pm and did my NUS pre-registration before going to compass point to meet jun kok, fabby, kl and rs for sakae sushi buffet at rivervale mall.. the menu seemed less intensive than the first time i ate (i was astonished then) but managed to get a good bite of all the good stuff.. yummy.. still got youth discount.. hahaa.. after a sumptous feast i then walked the grp back to compass point before dispersal~~

seems like my frenz all have plans to have fun these last 2 weeks before uni but unfortunately im leaving for melbourne this sat so wont be able to join in the fun... sobzz.. but well.. hope we will all still meet up often even if uni life and our new grp of uni frenz kick in that we all friends will not forsake our friendships that we may all find time with our old friends as well!!

phew.. had quite alot of things on the last few days... went to heeren village for dinner with the green team... a kinda farewell gathering for those leaving the company this week.. called up in the morning to make a reservation of 34 ended up only 20 turned up.. haha.. also cerebrated huimin's 19th bdae with a blueberry cheese cake i bought from secret recipe earlier.. also we presented the book xunbin wilson and myself came up with as a present from team 100..

after that a small grp of us headed to party world cuppage plaza to sing.. personally aint much a fan of karaoke.. but its quite fun singing and having fun.. haha definitely not the superstar standard.. but realised gary can really sing well manz.. ren bu ke mao xiang sia... sang till 3am plus before cabbing home and KO early in view of the next day..

barely slept 5hrs before i automatically woke up.. packed my stuff and headed to sentosa to meet up with the retirees for a day at the beach.. thankfully chih brought a volleyball too or we'll all be pretty much at a loss due to last min changes.. the old ferry terminal and asian civilization is nothing more than piles of sand now... kinda nostalgic thinking of my primary sch days at the ferry terminal eating BK or wandering around asian civilization... sentosa sure changed..

somehow the beach looked really beautiful.. esp from the vantage point at the beach station.. didn't bring a camera though so didnt really capture the grandeur.. the sun.. the sea.. the sand.. we practised volleyball passing, playing frisby and cards while the ladies went for hours to get their bikinis.. while the guys were playing cards i just sat down on the beach... its nice on a weekday with no one ard.. just chilling on the sand.. and looking at the sea... listening to the waves.. somehow i never get bored even if i sat there for hours... thinking back... those once in a lifetime memories i had here...

later on when the gals finally returned we played alittle of monkey in the water before i had to leave early for training... was thinking of taking a cab but due to the recent cerebrations and present buying i was pretty much broke so i took NEL instaed.. felt funny walking thru the sch gates again.. this time as an old boy but not looking like one.. ran sprit jog with the juniors followed by static stations.. tried out my old record for the stations and failed terribly of coz.. could only do 1 set before i almost fainted.. but it sure feels good to push my limits again...

the juniors had an interesting ceremony when they awarded the canoeing uniform badges.. i can still remember clearly how proud and happy i was to finally don the badge to the envy of other schoolmates.. the way they presented the badges felt so army-like but it was a really good idea i feel... strengthens the team spirit and identity... well done!

just as i start to placate my fears to be more actively involved in the team to help them as much as i can.. i also start to think about myself... once NUS starts in 2 weeks time.. would i still be able to make sacrifices for this team or do i spend more time for myself? also the question remains as of whether i should join canoeing in NUS as well or try sometihng else... sure hope i dont make a decision only to regret in the future..

'theres a limit to everything' kinda like a double meaning for me recently huhz... i dont think myself temperamental or anything of late.. but it seems that things just keep coming in my way to diss me off... if its things i hate most is to be left hanging, last min changes, ppl fly kite, ppl late... to have them happening in succession too... its no wonder why i find it hard to keep my smiling face intact of late...

why do i waste my energy? my time? my effort? when people dont appreciate them... i hate to have organise big things with alot of people.. that people assume they are but just a small part... and that happily not turning up last min wont mean a thing.. i really find myself dumb trying so hard when such people dont give a f***... i should just become like one of them and don't give a f*** anymore.. just pang sey last min.. i figure that it might feel good? coz people just keep doing it and i have never tried it once before? sc*** this...

sadly there isnt any other way to vent my anger and frustration.. maybe after typing this post all the sh*t thats been happening to me will just pick and go f*** someone else's life... surely it had enough fun screwing over my whole week... "hope" that things will change for the better? hanging onto "hope" that things will change one day... ONE DAY INDEED... GREAT

arhh.. my butt is hurting like mad... god help!! hahaa... yesterday morning went to hougang sports hall with li hua, marcus, weiliang, jun wen and lh's fren for badminton.. hahaa realised i was the worst player there sia.. all so pro.. the last time i played was in sec sch leiz... haha they play so competitive... sad-ed.. sweat like mad they nv break any sweat.. grr. haha but had fun working out and all... but kinda sux to know that you suck at the sports.. sobzzz... coz of all that jumping and all my body still aching.. haha sh*t...

later on went town to get ming hians present after looking ard for almost a week... due to budget we set as a wallet.. saw a nice one at lacoste but costs $150.. lolx.. wtf sia... then went to topman saw got sale.. was tempted to shop myself but scared lose track of time.. went on to taka then huimin call me for no reason saying she in taka also.. so we linked up with hm and her fren... ying someting... joined by wilson later on after work and we decided on a nice wallet for ming hian..

later on we caught up with caelen and headed to timbre after diner... was feeling alittle shagged from the fatigue in the morning so wasnt particularly high for alcohol.. even my energy level was at an all time low... decided to just relax and enjoy the outside atmosphere and listen to the band.. played alittle games but still felt kinda listless.. haha think i getting senile already... maybe its a good thing.. cant always be the one throwing my image away.. hahaa..

after cerebrating minghians entry to club 21.. we drank alittle more before calling it a night and broke off.. ming hian had more plans after that so i was left to my own devices.. as none of the team stayed in the north east i decided to save the cab fare and walk to my NR bus stop alone... at first walk in the wrong direction and realised like going close to suntec... so turned ard and enjoyed to quiet solo walk down the roads.. felt good just walking slowly.. not thinking abt time... quiet at times... others just the zoom of cars... sharing a solo moment with one self isit that bad also at times..

reached home after a long NR ride that for the first time i was so energetic and lively that i was reading my novel all the way home... haha but thanks to the novel and the ride after i took my shower i had one of my more peaceful sleeps of late.. though i did have an interesting dream... haha humourous in fact.. =P woke up at 12noon today and headed to wilsons house... condo sia... hahaa always liked to go frenz condo to use their 'free' facilities.. lolx... shiok sia..

time really flies... its already mid week wednesday already.. haiz... cant really remember what i did really... hahaa can only remember yesterday... was the national canoeing school championships... but it seemed to lack the compeition spirit... i can vividly remember my batch's nationals.. we were all very tense.. sitting in grps to discuss race plans... cracking jokes to break the tension.. taking photos smiling ard... praying before our races... somehow the team spirit didnt feel as strong as my batch..

also i dont know the J2s well.. barely met them twice and paddled with them once... so it wasn't unexpected that we couldnt really talk... i also didnt feel in the position to give them tips, advice etc as i could 3 years back... i felt that my rusty ideas might cause them confusion on the race day so i kept my distance from the J2s.. this time it was at bedok.. though it still lost to kallang in terms of nostalgic and beauty... it sure beats macritchie hands down as well... as usual it was excruciatingly slow and it felt awkward as myself, liang kiat, marcus and weiliang couldnt find much common topics to talk with the current team...

after hours of waiting the first J2 boat went off for the K2 1000m.. the pair looked promising though they had some discrepancy in paddling styles so i was hopeful they could pull through the heats.. when they came close i spotted them in the 4th position.. i was still secretly praying for strength in them to speed up to make it at least 3rd... then to my horror they capsized... in that split second those 2 years of hard training gone in a split second... i couldnt help feeling sad and disgusted at the same time.. i can barely imagine myself capsizing on my nationals in my 2nd year.. one part of me wanted to console them... another part wanted to scold them for their loss of focus... but then my better judgement left me to keep quiet...

we had a conversation with coach and found out the big differences that have happened since my batch graduated... the slack in terms of discipline.. the 'degrading' of canoeing traditions according to the team we had in mind.. and i cant help but feel responsible as seniors... as alumni that we didnt do anything to change... i felt powerless at the same time as i bit my lip and felt resolve that i have to do something for the current J1s.. they still look confused... slack... something has to be done...

and the 1st thing for us to do is to know them better... but their first training following the nationals will be on monday... it will clash with my day out with my colleagues at sentosa.. that to contribute... sacrifices to my own time will be necessary... hopefully i can juggle them both... and recreate the SRJC canoeing family i have come to love and still do all these years... i just hope the juniors will see our coming in a positive light...

feeling tired - and partially dissapointed - i retired home early for a rest and sorting out my thoughts and plans... was about to rest for the night when roger called me at 9pm asking me out to serangoon gardens for supper.. my better judgement felt like rejecting as i just had dinner and its getting late.. then i remember myself feeling sucky when i call ppl out and they say they wont be coming either coz they feel like it or other excuses... so not giving myself any excuse i readily agreed... hahaa guess like what a friend said to me once.. i really care alot about frenz.. hahaa.. i just hope my frenz feel that way too.. no matter how old/new... nothing pains me more for a fren to disregard myself..=p

today woke up early to install photoshop onto my laptop and transfer some pics and music into my lappy.. later on headed to orchard to meet wilson and xunbin to further our shopping trip.. hahaa.. she also dropped by art friend for her school stuff.. was surprised to be in a whole new world man.. completely dont understand her world.. =P all i know is its expensive and hard to comprehend.. loLx

after lunch we spent alot of time trying to log into wireless@sg lor.. in the end had to use xunbins account to log in for my laptop.. did abit of brainstorming then the baterry die-ed (thanks to xunbin!! coz she late FORCE me to play one round of cnc3) hahaaa.. so wilson and i headed on to shop ard at taka followed by heeren... was thinking of getting a boardshorts since i got a $30 heeren voucher for my bdae.. but didnt find any suitable ones.. bleahz...

later on we walked to cineleisure and i heard a very familar band that style and singer sounds just like the one at timbre.. heard a few nice songs that i couldnt fully appreciate thanks to my drunken stupor then.. realised its really damn nice.. so when i got home i chiong youtube and found the songs and the titles.. amazingly the original songs arent as good man.. seriously go and listen to them.. timbre!! think its either timmy or ngak.. hahaa if only they make cd i sure buy one!!! uploaded one of those songs for you all to listen its muse - Time is running out

wahh... so tired... recently dont know what happening sia.. been having very weird dreams.. haha.. maybe coz of transformers.. loLx.. alot of action and suspense in my dreams sia... so much so i cant sleep well.. even though i have more than 8hrs of sleep i keep getting eye bags and always feel sleepy when i wake up.. only to sleep more and get even more tired... haiz.. whats happening??

today went to pasir ris camp for ARR training.. haha.. apparently the wish i made last week came true today.. the moment left white sands to the camp a HUGE thunderstorm came in.. hahaa.. end up doing static and steps ups.... hahaa... but still slack by far compared to our previous trainings!! haha 3 more weeks to ARR!! feel abit bad like cheating their feelings leis.. attending all the trg but cannot go for the actual race due to melbourne trip.. whilst the trump cards keep skipping training.. haiz... but its really fun to meet up with my 40 pals.. keng yang.. ian.. ben wei... hahaa.. its great to run together as compared to my lonely runs alone... =P

meanwhile i have planned quite a storm for my july days leading up to my melbourne trip!! 10-12july going to bedok reservoir to cheer on my juniors in their canoeing nationals~~ 11 july going for sushi buffet with my classmates.. 13 july got badminton session with li hua and co in the morning.. and ming hian's bdae party at timbre at night.. farewell dinner for some of my colleagues as well as ben dan huimin's bdae on the 15th july.. as well as a sentosa beach day for the jobless on 16th july.. then on 17th night got night cycling with my classmates.. 20th july williams bdae at ecp... oh man.. the only free days i see is 18th and 19th.. hahaa.. and i think i just booked up my 18th so left with 19th.. omg.. the next time is melbourne come back then its 1 week to NUS already.. omg tmie flies!! SLOW DOWN PLS!!

just now went to chijmes to check out the restaurants over there and saw the stark contrast in main course pricings.. felt like an outcast there man... was hoping to go with roger but he didnt wanna go town.. so end up going alone.. haha.. but luckily david and xunbin joined shortly as we did alittle window shopping before being joined with wilson at 9pm+ as we sat down at starbucks discussing about the series of events for the colleagues.. recently i past a certain timing i will talk alot of crap.. A-rated stuff.. hahaa.. damn.. think i gotta find my ettiquette back manz... =PpP tml gonna meet up with wilson and xb again to further our project.. haha... its gonna be tough but it'll be worth it!!

oh i also realised alot of my frenz have interests in night cycling expeditions but coz they stay far apart and nv had someone organise one so they also nv move their bikes.. hahaa.. maybe after the cycling expedition with my classmates and the vs guys on the 17th i can plan more to put my new wife to good use!! whee!! gogogo!!

woOH... my 500th post sia... soooooo long le... like 2 years + of posts? omG manz.. its fun reading old entries though.. reminiscent of the JC days... all my weird thoughts and crazy memories... hahaa.. cant seem to get bored of blogging somehow!! =D

well was intending to exercise today as i havent really gone out to exercise except for the 4km jog i had on thursday (totally killed me!!) so seeing the weather looking good i decided to go swimming alone~~ swam about 20-30 laps.. lose count halfway and coincidentally met keng yang and zhi heng who came over to swim too! haha.. swam a few laps before i felt hunger and fatigue so i left lorz... liew.. after i go then the sun come.. bLEahzz.. tough luck!!

printed the tickets that marcus sent me and i really wonder how it works man... paying $1k plus for this piece of self print out... dont they have air tickets??? =\ scully go airport and find out its all a scam!! *touch wood* hahaa.. also we seem to be lacking a visa or some sort and my mom keep pestering me to get it from the ticketing agency lorz.. grr.. free and easy is really headache man... =P whats more my dad happily uninstalled microsoft office coz he couldn't load his office 2000 files he brought from work and is now whining about what uploading and whatever crap.. haiz.. i just told him directly "you just deleted $100++ worth of software! congrats!" last time complain the old computer sucked.. he screwed up his new one in 3 months... and mine still surviving till date... haiz... dunnoe what to say to him manz..

woohOO~~ 16 more days to melbourne... getting excited already!! hehzzz.. just got a package of stuff from my bro.. his jacket... gloves.. headgear... my cnc3.. his camera.. wheee... cant wait to go travel again man... muhahaa... the airplane.. the touch down.. the cool weather... the river cruise.. the wineries.. the penguins.. the 12 apostles.. omg.. i am soooooooo excited!! hahaaa...

only prob is the conversion.. have yet to change my money yet.. unlike pok and weiliang who are gonna like change A$1000.. i'm really tight on cash so i think i'll convert S$700... sobz.. already overbudget like mad already.. sadded... really hope i dont run out of cash over there.. so paisey... the conversion rate i've been reccee-ing ard range from 1.3 to 1.33 leiz.. weiliang claims to have saw 1.28.. anyone see any lower pls tell me can?? very impt!! =~~

today went for my 6th driving lesson.. just drove ard then to ubi to drive the test routes.. the traffic totally s*cked lar.. wait like 25min just to make a U-turn.. waste my money.. grr... but finally cleared my module 1 lar.. so the instructor was sharing with me most prob my TP will be in october.. so ask me to spread out and chiong in sept.. haiz.. ubt that time uni start le lor.. how to clear sia.. damnit... regret not starting earlier man.. haiz...

wah... the month of july.. my white board suddenly packed full of TTDs (things to do) like my uni reg.. melbourne trip prep... national canoeing championships... LOTS and LOTS of bdaes.. some even that i have to plan for.. haiz.. singapore like so small.. dont know where to bring them out to sia... any ppl got ideas on how to spend a fun birthday?? =]

yesSsshh finally watch transformers yesterday!! hahaa.. went to bishan junctin 8 to meet up with weiliang and daren for the movie at 12.35pm.. had tori q for lunch again!! hahaa.. oh boy.. i had it like 4 times these 2 weeks liao.. omg.. hahaa.. but i'm just addicted to it!! manz... fat fat!! ugh...

the movie was not bad really.. it felt like ages since they had a sci fi movie of a scale like independence day that kinda.. the starting parts were good.. action and all... can also recognise the corny moments and silly lines that gave comic relief throughout the movie.. they felt abit unnecessary and awkward though... it kept me on my seat in anticipation of 'the final battle' but i gotta admit i'm kinda dissapointed with the showdown between the 2 factions.. its almost like all the good scenes are already depicted in the trailers.. =P but still its a a good action movie worth the watch!! rating: 4/5.

woot.. yesterday passed in a flash so didnt have the energy to blog ydae.. haha.. wasn't like any other monday as i originally planned to stone at home till at night.. went for driving in the morning... drove from sengkang to ubi but was very heavy traffic from hougang there all the way to ubi.. wasted alot of time and frustrated me quite alot with moving the car and holding the clutch in the jam... grr... at the circuit also didnt do too well due to the large queue of cars and test cars.. ubi think really too many ppl driving le lor..

after that went home and slack abit online before vincent came over and reminded me of the time and off we went to east coast park!! haha.. was lai bun's off day and the sun was great.. so on my cycling gear and here we go~~ the 3 of us started off at the mac there and cycled all the way to NSRCC where the park ends.. then cycled back all the way down towards suntec but the road ended somewhere close to the highway.. sad-ed... legs were alittle worn out and the whole journey i was hoping my lao po would be here.... *sobz* my hasa comp 3... I LOVE YOU~~~

after that attempted to get alittle tan along the beach.. went to a rocky outcrop and tanned alittle before the sun went down.. bleahz... chilled ard for 30min before buying drinks and took a bus to parkway parade.. went ard shopping and saw isetan to my pleasant surprise and found some nice shoes i could get.. just gotta make another trip down as i didnt have my vouchers with me.. SIANZ.. anyone wanna go parkway parade?? =| saw some nice designs at beetlebug too.. but coz i got $50 vouchers might as well buy my shoes from isetan hor? =]

went for dinner at the hawker centre before taking the long bus ride home.. was really tired but last night alot of frenz online and in the talking mood.. hahaa.. so hung ard on msn till 12mn lidat before i knocked out... today went for 2x driving lesson.. went ard pungol to drive and practise right turns before heading to ubi to try the test road and left turn on reds.. my braking is slowly improving so is my tendency to hold onto the clutch unnecessary.. aha but today my diff instructor say i like to drive aggressively.. rev hard then shift gear.. lolx.. realised its a habit i get from playing racing games on my xbox.. hear the engine purvv then switch gear.. =P

right after that i went to town to meet hui ying for lunch... she last min no lunch khaki so jio me go makan.. reminds me of my working days.. haha.. but in starhub always got colleagues so not so sian... catch up alittle with huiying to find she's doing intern at some archi firm in town.. sounds cool man.. wonder where i going to do intern for my life sci course... but her lunch break was only an hour so after that i went to isetan at shaw and wisma but they didnt have the shoe i wanted so i headed home instead...

ok ok time to go meet my mom for dinner le.. hahaa.. gogogo!
